About

Strategic development is the sustained action following strategic planning.

After the plan is in place, the hard work begins. This is also where most plans fail. Creating the needed changes in the organization will meet with resistance from every side. It requires specific knowledge of people, technologies, and planning to keep things moving. It also requires getting buy-in from all involved, which requires the careful, persistent, yet gentle effort across the organization for as long as it takes. This may require weeks or years. Strategic development may include the careful transformation of culture, the implementation and/or integration of systems, technologies, processes, and the involvement of vendors or partners. All of this must be managed to ensure the organization achieves its predefined goals. It’s all about leveling up.

Christopher and his extended team have deep experience with strategic development in the following areas:

  • Mission and Brand

  • Company Culture

  • Data Science and Research

  • Product Development

  • Marketing and PR (Digital and Traditional)

  • System Integration

  • Web App Development (for Internal and External Processes)

  • Welcoming International & Multicultural Audiences (Internal and External)

  • Interdisciplinary Project Management

Christopher is currently looking for opportunities to support organizations in tackling their most challenging barriers to growth. This may be as an internal team member or as an outside consultant.
